The Matzo Project Review

My kids are serious snackers. They love to snack, and I am constantly looking for a healthy snack for them. When I was given the chance to check out The Matzo Project, I knew it would be great for summer snacks for my kids. I just didn't know how great they really would be.

Of course my little snackers seen me open the box and immediately all I could hear was little feet stampeding towards me, and a chair being pushed across the kitchen floor at full speed. Both boys immediately were so STARVING they just needed to try the selection of products we had just taken pictures of. So we started by opening a bag of the Cinnamon Sugared Matzo Chips. We all took one. I didn't know what exactly to expect, but I can tell you whatever I thought it was going to be (not bad), it was a thousand times more delicious that this. These are great by themselves, but I also could see dipping into caramel, frosting, or even breaking up into yogurt. They are so delicious. My sweet tooth son stole that bag and left me.

Next, my savory snacker and I tried the Everything Matzo Chips. Of course I only got to eat two chips before my little guy ripped the bag out of my hand told me they were his, and took off running away. I have hid the other bag, and will not open it until I have hummus in my house. They are so delicious. Way better then any thing else I have had chip wise. I didn't expect them to be so full of flavor, but they really are!

The Matzo Project salted cracker was so big! My older son was so excited about what he could do with these and insisted that he made himself a sandwich for dinner using these as the bread. So I let him go for it. He made him self an interesting sandwich so to say. Mayo, mustard, lunch meat and shredded cheese. Of course what big brother does, little brother must do the same thing. So he made a second one for his little brother. I have never seen two boys so happy to eat something for dinner in my life. I tried it, and it really wasn't bad. They have also attempted peanut butter and jelly.

I think the packaging on these products are so funny and cute. I also love how fun the website is.
