I love taking my dogs on walks. We go to the park often. The part that I hate is always having either a bag with dog waste in my hand, or a full size pooper scooper in my hand. Especially while walking two dogs, and with two kids in tow. I absolutely hate picking up doggie deposits with a bag in my hands. It makes me grossed out.
Finding Bleu Paw, I was so excited to check it out. At first glance, I loved a few things. I love that it is so compact. I hate having to carry around a full size scooper. I absolutely love that it comes with a carabiner clip so you can attach it to you, your leash, even a stroller if you push one. This frees up your hands until you need to use it. I also love how you can use any type of plastic bag with it. Those products on the market that only take certain size or types of bags can get so pricey to use, especially when it is just waste. There is also a great little roller attachment. Which is used to hold the bag on, but also can be used for that pesky puppy hair you sometimes just can't get off your clothing.
Another great feature of the Bleu Paw, is the small light that is attached to the pole. So even out on night walks you are able to see and properly clean up after your furry friend.
You can pick up after your pet in three easy steps:
- Slide your plastic bag over your Bleu Paw, making sure to stick it onto the sticky roller.
- Place the bagged device over the deposit, then squeeze the trigger to close the claws.
- Pull the bag before releasing the claws to make sure to keep hold of your pets deposits.
I feel like any one ages five and up could use this product with ease. It is not hard to squeeze the claw. I am sure even elderly people wouldn't have a problem with using it.
