My family and I love to fish. My husband and I like to go out and just fish for fun. Well for me it is fun. For him, he really enjoys actually catching and eating his catch. With a five and two year old, it can be a bit hard to fish. We recently went out as a family to try and fish. My five year old had a small standard pole, my youngest had my older sons small character pole. He had the hardest time trying to figure out how to cast, even with help he was getting so frustrated. He ended up throwing the whole pole over the side of the boat twice. The second time there was no catching it. The pole was gone forever. My oldest son was so upset, that was his favorite pole. So I knew we needed to figure out something cool for him to use while we go fishing.
I was so excited to see the Rocket Fishing Launcher. We have seen the commercials for these. My son has been wanting one. I was so happy to be given the chance to try it. Instead of a standard caster, the Rocket Fishing Launcher is so much easier for a child to use. You simply cock it, push the safety in and shoot it. When you feel your fish on, you reel it in. It really can make fishing fun. Or even competitive if you are an adult using it. Seeing who can shoot it the furthest. With the safety bobber, you don't have to worry about your kids putting a hook through their hands. Or in our case, almost through their little brothers hands.
