Magnatab Review- Holiday Gift Guide

With Christmas approaching I am always looking for gifts for my kids that do not involve electronics. It seems to be now a days all that kids want are the latest and greatest video game systems, and anything that needs a charger. Drives me nuts. I was so lucky when I was given the chance to check out the Magnatab and Glow in the Dark Magnatab on Playmonster. I immediately decided that I needed to check out what the Magnatab's were all about. I opened up the Glow in the Dark Magnatab to check it out first. This is the bigger out of the two Magnatab's. So my husband sat and watched me while I started playing. Him and I spent over a half hour taking turns playing with it back and forth. It is so simple to use. You simply dry with the stylus. To erase what you have done, you turn the stylus on it's side and slide it across the board.

The Free Play Magnatab is a little smaller then the Glow in the Dark Magnatab, but it doesn't stop it from being any less fun. I actually figured it would work a little bit better for my three year old. Both Magnatab's have a little bit of weight to them since they are made of magnets. There were only a few times that I had a hard time getting the magnets to surface, but I think it was because I was moving the stylus to fast.

These Magnatab's are great for helping kids learn to write letters and numbers. Also these are great for holiday road trips. My kids can spend hours drawing different things, and my oldest loves being able to write his letters on it.
