I am personally trying to work on bettering my health. I know that a huge part of this is drinking a lot of water, but my body just doesn't love the non flavor of water. I can drink it if it is ice ice cold. Beyond that, I am not a huge fan. Finding Karma Wellness Water, has been such a blessing. This is water, but so much more.
I was sent five different flavors to check out. Each flavor of Karma is meant for different things to help you through your day. Now, when I first opened the box I will say I was confused on where the flavor was. I took my pictures then placed them in the fridge to get cold. When I pulled this first bottle out and went to actually open it, I then noticed the lid is holding all the flavor and vitamins. Then my fear is, is this going to taste like a child's vitamin crushed up into a bottle? Nope, I was so far from wrong. There is no bitter flavor, it isn't overly sweet either. They taste perfect.
With the cap, you simply push down on the top of it, the flavor will release into the bottle. You shake it up, to mix it up. Then open and drink. There are six natural varieties of these drinks. They provide 110% of 7 essential vitamins. And at only 20 calories per bottle, you know you are not going to go over if you are counting calories.
The vitamins in every bottle are:
- Vitamin A
- Vitamin B3
- Vitamin B5
- Vitamin B6
- Vitamin B12
- Vitamin D
- Vitamin E
I love that Karma is sweet enough to take my soda cravings away, and tasty enough that I want to keep going back for more. I also love that it is curbing some of my husbands addiction to his energy drinks.
